2020 feels like a machine that has been built to churn out bad news at an increasingly dangerous speed. We thought, the next time you receive a notification it shouldn’t fill you with dread but rather motivate you to do better! This idea snowballed into making Love Alert which was showcased to the world on August 1, 2020.
Since then, we have managed to receive lots of love. We are currently nudging people towards positivity in over 60 countries. Love Alert notifications, unlike other notifications these days, are all about conveying good vibes and this power of content has an engagement of 85%, with every quote being shared 100 times on average. Our content does manage to grab people’s attention, with some countries even surpassing the 8 minute average session time.
Besides the app itself, we have gotten lots of love from our social media as well. Our GIPHY stickers have been a driving force in propagating love, with total views soaring at a mighty 2 million, currently growing at 150k views a day. Our Facebook page boasts 8k followers and our Pinterest account averages 2k views in the first two minutes of uploading a new short video. Love Alert is very proud of its presence in the media, especially on Radio City Mumbai which has a viewership of 12.2 million monthly listeners.
We have our merchandise in the form of apparel currently selling in India, looking to branch out to other countries very soon.
